About Me

About Me

Hi, I’m Jumin — A Nurse, A Seeker, A Pilgrim.

Working on the frontlines of life and death, I wrestled with deep inner anxiety. Through the stories of David and Daniel, I learned that true stability is not found in a bank account, but in a relationship with God.

I became a nurse because I wanted to care for the sick and live a life of service. But somewhere along the way, the busyness of hospital life started drowning out the voice I was trying to follow. Charting, scheduling, managing — I was running nonstop, but my soul was running on empty.

That tension between duty and faith is where this blog was born.

What Is HIS WILL, MY WALK?

[HIS WILL, MY WALK] is a collection of faith reflections — a sanctuary for those carrying heavy burdens.

This isn’t a theology textbook. It’s not a sermon. It’s what happens when a nurse opens the Bible after a long shift and finds that the ancient words speak directly into the mess of modern life.

Every post is written from the intersection of clinical thinking and honest confession — diagnosing spiritual struggles the way a nurse reads vital signs, and offering biblical prescriptions not from a pulpit, but from the bedside.

What You’ll Find Here

Pilgrim’s Compass — Personal reflections from the road. Honest, unfinished, sometimes messy. For the days when faith feels more like stumbling than striding.

Soul Care — Gentle words for the weary. Diagnosing spiritual struggles the way a nurse reads vital signs, and offering biblical prescriptions not from a pulpit, but from the bedside.

Personality Lab — Biblical characters analyzed through modern personality frameworks. Because David, Paul, and Peter weren’t just saints — they were real people with real quirks.

Faith & Culture — Where current events meet eternal truth. Movies, news, and cultural moments through the lens of faith.

Why I Write

I write because I’ve been the patient who wanted someone to listen — not just check my vitals.

I write because I’ve been Martha, running around the kitchen, too busy serving God to actually sit at His feet.

I write because I’ve stood in front of walls that looked like dead ends, and found cracks that were invisible from a distance.

If you’re a Christian who feels the gap between what you believe and how you actually live — you’re in the right place. I’m walking that same road. This blog is my journal from the pilgrim path.
